The Westway team were fully engaged from start to finish on this new build property project, which created two luxury modern homes for our client.

This outstanding plot is now home to two fabulous, modern semi-detached homes, after the team completed the build from land procurement through to completion. The client wanted something contemporary, functional, versatile, and Westway Construction delivered.

From start to finish we delivered a fully project-managed design and build service, including dealing with paperwork and initial setup, and adding welfare facilities for our own team. Each property was designed and built with an array of modern features, including purpose-built study, utility and storage areas. Both properties also featured 3 spacious, luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms too.

Making maximum use of light, in both the internal loft, and kitchen, we added velux and skylight windows to enhance the natural appeal of the property. Our own tin hat roof scaffolding was erected and built to allow access for staff to all areas, without compromising the interior of the new homes – and fully protecting every inch of the property while we worked.

This project enabled us to apply our core skills in design and build, creating not just beautiful homes on the outside, but stunning, luxury, high spec interiors as well. Naturally, our client had their own ideas for how the interior would look, and we duly delivered on every aspect of the design by sourcing all items and agreeing these costs beforehand.

Our client was absolutely delighted with the completed project, which proved to be a great investment for them when the new homes were ready for the market.
