We was contacted by a new private property investor who required for us to source him a plot of land in west London to design and build a two bedroom detached house for his family.

We obtained the land on behalf of the client in hounslow and obtained planning permission including building control drawings, structural calculations for the new build. We also completed all the discharge of planning conditions on behalf of the client and complied with all stipulations as agreed with the client.

The first stage was to securing the whole site with hoarding and setup a building site office which adhered to all health and safety laws. Welfare facilities was setup for all our team on this project.

We delivered a fully project-managed design and build service, including dealing with all our clients design inspirations and requirements The property was designed and built with an array of modern features, including smart heating, utility room and storage areas. All new connections were applied for. From laying the foundations to all drainage and new connections installed. A new driveway was created for the client including all landscaping services and En suites bathrooms were built for the two bedrooms as well as designer bedrooms.

The project was completed in February 2021 and our client was overwhelmed with our service. He has already recommended our company to his other family members who are in the same sector
