Southall Court Lady Margaret Road

We were contacted by a property client who wanted to have a number of new build flats built in west London / middlesex on one site as turnkey project. He requested that we source the land on his behalf.

Our planning team identified and sourced a site in Southall with had planning in place for 2 semi detached houses. From looking at this site we knew that we change the planning on the site and built four new flats. We successfully managed to change the planning and also the discharge of planning conditions were all met. We provided all the building control drawings and structural calculations for this project.

At the start of the project we setup a site office and secured the site with hoarding. Welfare facilities were all setup and provided for all our workforce inline with health and safety regulations.

The project itself compromised of a brick and block build using double layered cavity wall construction with an internal and external skin of brickwork, with a gap between them held together with wall ties, and all laid onto concrete foundations.

We built two one bedroom flats and two two bedroom flats as well as a car park. The client requested our designer bedrooms, designer kitchen and designer bathrooms service. All bedrooms needed to have en-suite’s which was successfully done.

The project was delivered on time and on budget and all client material stipulations were met, The client was overwhelmed with the new flats we developed for him which was then marketed for sale to the public.
