Although we have a wealth of experience in the construction sector, we like to approach each new project with a fresh perspective to ensure we meet the client’s individual requirements. First of all, it was imperative we established that planning permission had been granted, including for undercroft parking, before we made a start on any construction work.
Once we confirmed that the client had the land and planning already in place, we embarked on a 10-month journey towards project completion. Utilising refined block-work skills, we project managed the five flats from foundation to finish, including all plumbing and drainage tasks.
Not stopping at just the building work, we even went as far as ensuring that all painting and decorating had been taken care of to the highest of standards, alongside the installation of designer bedrooms and bathrooms. It was crucial that these five flats were built to a very high finish, and with Westway Construction, that’s exactly what the client received.
