Our company was contacted by this client to completely refurbish their existing home and add an additional room to their 3 bedroom property in Southall.
As the client did not have any planning permission in place, our planning & design team got to work and obtained planning so the client could have a loft conversion and a 6 meter rear extension. From interior design, working drawings to building regs our team got this all approved. Planning permission was successfully granted and our workforce started the build in December 2018.
The current property was a mid terrace house and was in really poor condition. It had some of the following problems, damp was everywhere in all rooms, the insulation was so poor and there was also drainage connection problems.
We completely refurbished the whole property and made this home into a smart home. We installed a home automation system so the client could control a lot of the home via their mobile phone.
The whole build was future proof, as the client wanted to further develop their home in the next three years adding more space to it.
Our workforce really enjoyed this whole project as we designed and built a designer kitchen, designer bedrooms and bathrooms in the property.
