We was contacted by an existing client who wished for us to convert their bungalow into a HMO. The project involved obtaining planning permission for a rear extension, build a double dormer loft conversion under permitted development rights and convert this into a 5 bedroom property on Pield Heath Road.
As the client did not have any planning permission in place for the rear extension, our planning & design team got to work and obtained planning so the client so the client could have a a 6 meter rear extension and a double dormer loft conversion with eaves storage. From interior design, working drawings to building regs our team got this all approved. Planning permission was successfully granted and our workforce started the build in August 2020.
Once the planning permission was approved we embarked on a 4-month journey towards project completion. Utilising refined block-work skills, we project managed the conversion, including all plumbing drainage and new connection services.
We setup a site office and secured the site with hoarding. Welfare facilities were all setup and provided for all our workforce inline with health & safety regulations. We adhered to all planning stipulations including all structural plans, calculations and also the clients material stipulations.
We project managed from start to finish every aspect of the conversion and two of the bedrooms had an en suites and project was delivered on time and on budget and the client was overwhelmed with the new HMO developed for them.
